My wife and I recently returned from a trip to Europe including seven countries. One thing they all seemed to have in common was that even though they said religion was very important the people had no time or desire to go to church. The churches were empty except for weddings and funerals. Even in the United States, the cornerstone of the worship of the only true God, church attendance and commitment to service is dwindling. Although our family is privileged to serve in a great evangelical church in Houston Texas, Sagemont Church, I believe our great nation is at a tipping point. We neglect the Godly principles on which this nation was founded while our religious tolerance in the name of freedom allows Middle Eastern religions to infect our schools, our way of life and even our courts. Where are we going? We are on a collision course with God’s judgment.
